Living History Tour:

Meet some of Bainrbidge’s most famour former residents and experience the folklore they have to share. Fall and spring seasons at Oak City Cemetery and in Downtown Bainbridge.

Second Saturday:

Come SIP, SHOP & STROLL through Downtown Bainbridge every Second Saturday for great deals and special treats.

River Town Days:

River Town Days is a family-friendly community festival and is held in the Earle May Boat Basin, a beautiful outdoor event venue with lush lawns and shady oaks that meet up to the Flint River. River Town Days is our community festival that features children’s rides and activities, free stage entertainment, a marketplace featuring multiple types of vendors, including food vendors. The festival began in 2003 as a way for the Chamber of Commerce and local businesses to give back to the community, and is typically held on the 2nd weekend of March.

Downtown Sidewalk Sale:

Save at Downtown merchants at the spring sidewalk sale on the second Saturday of March.

Star Spangled Flint:

Join us at the Earle May Boat Basin July 4th for live music, food vendors, kids activities and, of course, FIREWORKS!

Flint River Fair:

The Flint River Fair is fun for the whole family on the banks of the Flint River! The Fair is held every year in the fall.

Munchkin Masquerade:

A costume parade for children and much more held each October in Willis Park!

Holiday Open House:

Enjoy holiday shopping at Downtown merchants on the Saturday before Thanksgiving.

Southwest Georgia Tinsel Trail:

A free display of uniquely decorated Christmas trees for public enjoyment located at the Earle May Boat Basin! Tinsel Trail will officially open on November 25, 2023!

Lights Along the River:

Join us each night in December at the Earle May Boat Basin for our Lights Along the River Drive Through Lights Display. Stay in your vehicle, tune to 99.3 FM for some holiday music and drive through close to a mile of Christmas lights and themed displays celebrating the season. From elves to reindeer, trees to wisemen, and more than our fair share of Santas, we have it all to get you in the holiday spirit. Opens November 25, 2023 and runs through December 31!

Yuletide Jubilee:

Celebrate the season with the lighting of the community Christmas tree, shopping, caroling, Santa’s workshop activities and more on the 1st Thursday of December.

Christmas Parade:

Beginning at Bainbridge Middle School, the parade ends in Downtown Bainbridge on the second Thursday in December.
