Bainbridge, Georgia would like to welcome you to the third year of the Port City's sprint triathlon, "The Sprint on the Flint". This is a great beginner's Tri and will feature a 400m swim in the 5-foot deep boat basin. Following the swim, will be a 10-mile bike ride followed by a run on our certified 5k course which winds along the river and the beautiful nature trail.

Registration includes a signature race t-shirt, a post-race meal, and beer for all participants overlooking the sparkling Flint River.

Online Registration closes on September 19, 2021.

USAT Members: $55 rate increases to $75 on 4/5/2021.

Non-USAT Members: $70 rate increases to $90 on 4/5/2021

Relay Teams: $145 rate increases to $170 on 4/5/2021

Note: each member of team must be USAT member or purchase one day pass of $15.00 if not USAT member.
